Haydnseek is a game. I played Haydnseek with Nico Muhly at Neumünster in Luxembourg in 2004. We played again at the Institute for Contemporary Art in Boston in 2007. On the stage I performed two piano sonatas by Franz Joseph Haydn. Nico was using a laptop. At the Los Angeles County Museum on May 31, 2009, the two-hundredth anniversary of Haydn’s death, I played Haydnseek with Laura Karpman and Nora Kroll-Rosenbaum.
